Perfect

Everything about this property was excellent. The hosts organized everything we needed and provided great recommendations for our stay. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful design details. The breakfast was delicious and the pool very beautiful. It is located at a distance of about 15 minutes on foot from the center of the island. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Naxos away from the noise of the center but still so close to everything you need. The view is excellent. We highly recommend it!

Scammers

I am really disappointed for everything, I made a reservation in June for August 13 and I called the hotel to ask a question and they informed me that there was no reservation under my name, and the company had taken the money from my bank account, I tried to communicate with them for 3rd of July to today (August) and they are still not giving me an answer they say they will call me to fix everything and they didn’t do anything. They sent me an email that they could find me on the phone but I didn’t have any missed call and then all the same thing from the beginning and all lies, the hotel owner tried to help me with the return but the company didn’t answer to anything and the email that they sent for the refund the acceptance button couldn’t be clicked and when we ask them to sent the mail again they declined it, in the end they lied to me and they took my money, and honestly I think I will not take back because if the hotel owner doesn’t accept the voucher after some certain of time they keep all the money for them selfs, that’s why the don’t answer to me or the owner of hotel anymore and it’s very disrespectful and disappointing.

One week to figure out the place I booked didn’t exist

So, Monday night the place I booked was unavailable , apparently since May. Regardless of why, it is Friday and I still wait for the customer support to react to the fact. Apparently I should be sleeping in my car all week or maybe for the length of my holidays till they solve the matter… It was for one night but what if it was two weeks? What would I do then? The money was collected and has yet to be released!

The money was released in the end, but they did not bother with asking how we dealt with having no place to stay at 21:00 nor did they bother refunding the difference between the two bookings (done on the same app but different accounts). And we did the second booking on my GFs phone because, guess what, their 24/7 customer service kept my phone locked on the previous booking for more than 30’ -paying international phone charges- with no reply on their end and a HUGELY COMPLICATED and FRUSTRATING automated system that hung up on me a few times instead of connecting me to a representative!
