Μετά την κυκλοφορία του Age of Empires II HD και την επιστροφή του Age of Mythology: Extended Edition η Microsoft ανακοινώνει την επερχόμενη διάθεση του Age of Empires: World Domination σε iOS, Android και Windows Phone.
Πίσω από την ανάπτυξη του Age of Empires: World Domination βρίσκεται η ιαπωνική KLab (γνωστή από τα Fantastic Eleven, Crystal Casters, Eternal Uprising και Lord of the Dragons). Το παιχνίδι αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει κάποια στιγμή μέσα στο καλοκαίρι και σύμφωνα με τα όσα γνωρίζουμε μέχρι στιγμής θα ανήκει στην κατηγορία των παιχνιδιών στρατηγικής πραγματικού χρόνου. Όσον αφορά την τιμή; Δεν έχουμε ιδέα αν θα είναι επί πληρωμή ή δωρεάν. Υπομονή!
Οι Microsoft και KLab Games κυκλοφόρησαν επίσημα το Age of Empires: World Domination για συσκευές iOS και Android, με το παιχνίδι να διατίθεται δωρεάν και να περιλαμβάνει in-app purchases.
Πρόκειται για real-time strategy game που συνεχίζει την παράδοση της δημοφιλέστατης σειράς, αλλά αυτή τη φορά στις φορητές συσκευές. Να σημειωθεί ότι η έκδοση για iOS είναι προς το παρόν διαθέσιμη σε λίγες χώρες, αλλά αναμένεται το λανσάρισμα σε όλο τον κόσμο μέσα στις επόμενες ημέρες.
