Dear Sir/ Madam,
CoPilot is a well-known, trustworthy company with thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, a criterion which led me to purchase at (ημερομηνία) CoPilot Live Greece from Apple iTunes Store (receipt number εδώ βάλε τον αριθμό της απόδειξης που σου έστειλε η apple στο emails σου).
Unfortunately, just today, only 10 months afterwards my purchase, it is a true pity, to find out that you have removed the specific application from the iTunes Store alongside (i assume) with your support for it. Here are my concerns/ questions, which also reflect the reason i am looking forward to help from a company which values its costumers:
1. In case i proceeded to a format of my personal computer (hence i no longer have CoPilot Live Greece on my hard drive disc in .ipa form), from which "Page of Previous or No Longer Supported Editions" am i supposed to download and install the application that i paid 40 Euros again? Since i regularly purchase software via online stores, i was pretty skeptical on the fact that you didn't provide any information at all regarding the case where somebody would like to reinstall the app into his/ her personal computer. Should't a company like ALK to take into account this senario or at least provide an e-mail upon purchase suggesting its dearest customers something like
"Dear Customers, please keep a backup of the application on a safe place in case we do not support it in a couple of months from now on"? I urgently would like your official statement on this!
2. Strange think is, when i run CoPilot Live Greece and check for updates, the application finds updates but i am not able to install them. Isn't "plain logic" the fact that at least these updates should be downloadable, something that you clearly pointed out in the Description of the application page? Please do let me refresh your memory:
