‘R-Type’ is coming to iPhone!

Ένα από τα καλύτερα αλλά και δυσκολότερα side-scrolling shooter όλων των εποχών, το ‘R-Type‘, έρχεται στο iPhone από την DotEmu!

Όπως δήλωσε ο Xavier Liard, CEO της DotEmu:

“We are very pleased to work on R-Type and to start our collaboration with Irem Software Engineering Inc. Our main goal is to make the best touch version possible of this great game to seduce both fans and new players. This is really a great game and we are eager to release it!”

Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχουν, μέχρι στιγμής, κάποια διαθέσιμα screenshots από το development του R-Type στο iPhone, ωστόσο η DotEmu, αποκάλυψε ότι το παιχνίδι θα υποστηρίζει D-pad χειριστήρια, Touch και Tilt controls.

Επιπλέον, η εταιρεία δείχνει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για το iControlPad και θα προσπαθήσει να υποστηρίξει το project!
